Here are the answers to some of the questions you may have about our services.
What service does Scoopers offer?
We come and clean your yard of any pet waste you may have. This includes dogs, cats, geese, whatever your needs may be. Elephants may be extra.
How often do you come out?
Most of our customers like us to come out once a week. Bi-weekly or monthly service is also available.
What happens if it rains or snows?
We will work in almost all weather. If there is too much snow for us to be able to clean, then we will postpone our service until the snow melts.
What about Holidays?
We work most holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and the Fourth of July.
What if no one is home?
We work Monday through Friday, 7am till 6pm. Most of our clients aren't at home. We think a nice clean yard is nice to come home to. We always leave a doggy treat to let you know we've been there.
Can you work with my dog in the yard?
In most cases yes. We always keep a pocket full of treats just in case. Most dogs get used to us after a couple of visits and know exactly who we are as soon as we arrive. But, if it seems your dog won't let us in the yard, we ask that you restrain or confine them during the scheduled cleaning.
What if I want to skip a visit?
Since there are never any commitments or contracts to sign, you can start or stop your service or cancel a visit over the phone or by email at mark@scoopers.us. We do ask for 24 hours notice.
What if my yard is a mess?
If you sign up for regular service, there is normally a reasonable first visit fee added. This is with your permission of course. The fee is for those yards that need a little extra attention the first time out. Remember, if you stop service for an extended amount of time, we may have to charge this fee again. It depends on the amount of accumulation in the yard.
Can I get service more or less often?
Yes. We have a few clients that call us when they'd like us to come. We can tailor the service to your specific needs.
How do I pay?
We ask that all first visits be paid for on or before the day of service. For regular customers, we simply send you a bill once a month by mail or email. Scoopers accepts cash, checks, and when paying online, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
What do we mean by SATISFACTION GUARANTEED?
We strive to give you the service you expect. We want you to be assured of our dedication of doing a perfect job. We pledge our reputation on doing just that.
If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know right away. We will come back and re-clean your yard, or credit your account so that you will not be charged for that visit.
